Eric Sporing
I've been working as a financial advisor with individuals, families, and businesses in the Kansas City area since 2010. In 2016, I decided to pursue an independent financial advisor practice, ECS Capital Investments, to better serve my clients' best interests, In 2023, I moved my practice to a new broker-dealer LPL Financial.
My wife Shelly and I have been married more than twenty years and have two wonderful children, Caitlyn and Cameron, Caitlyn is a freshman at Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville and is playing tennis. Cameron is in Eighth Grade. Shelly has been a teacher for more than 20 years; she currently teaches in the Lee's Summit School District.
I'm heavily involved with the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce. In 2014, my dance partner and I won the Chamber's Dancing with the Stars competition. I'm currently the co-chair of the Chamber Golf Tournament and Fall Fun Feast Parade and I sit on the Chamber's Board of Directors. As a family we enjoy a variety of activities- but you will probably find us either on a tennis court or baseball field somewhere in the Kansas City metro.
